Gamepad Touch — Mobile Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This document governs the privacy practices and hardware permission usage for the Gamepad Touch Android mobile application developed and published by w14n.

1. Zero Personal Data Collection

Gamepad Touch does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal identity information, phone numbers, contacts, media files, or biometric data to any remote server. All controller input processing and customization settings remain entirely local on your device.

2. Hardware Permissions & Purpose

The application requests only technical Android permissions strictly required to provide virtual controller functionality:

BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCANBluetooth & Nearby Devices (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Required solely to emulate a standard Bluetooth HID (Human Interface Device) gamepad profile and transmit physical button presses to paired host devices (PC, Smart TV, console).
VIBRATEVibrate (VIBRATE): Used exclusively for haptic feedback when touching on-screen virtual buttons.
WAKE_LOCKWake Lock (WAKE_LOCK): Optional setting to keep the screen active during active gaming sessions.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

Gamepad Touch contains no third-party behavioral analytics, no advertising networks, and no external tracking SDKs. It operates as a focused, self-contained utility tool.

4. Data Deletion & Local Data Reset

Since Gamepad Touch does not store personal data on remote cloud servers, clearing the application cache/data or uninstalling the app permanently purges all local layout preferences immediately. For any inquiries regarding account records or support correspondence, email contact@w14n.dev.

5. Google Play Developer Compliance

This policy complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google API Services User Data Policy, and international data protection standards (GDPR / LGPD).
